An industrial intermodal cluster, which combines a cargo seaport with an industrial area along the port.
The industrial area will also include a railway terminal and a cargo airport nearby.
TAX-FREE ZONE
The industrial zone will have a special tax-free regime. This will allow the manufacturers located in the zone to produce and ship their goods without import and export taxes.
The tax-free regime will be developed and introduced by the government of Ukraine based on the best practices of the free-trade zones of Europe and the Middle East.
The industrial area will also include a railway terminal and a cargo airport nearby.
RAILWAY HUB
A railway freight hub will be located right in between the port and industrial area. The hub will be connected to the national railway network of Ukraine, having reliable access to the pan-European railways, and to the international trade corridor: Asia - Europe.
CARGO AIRPORT
An existing and operational airport located in the city of Mykolaiv can be used for the cargo operations required by the port and the industrial zone.
Alternatively, at a later stage, a cargo airport can be established right near the Berezan port area, in the town of Ochakov. There is an old airport which needs minor renovation to be done to serve the cargo aircrafts.

The project is proudly supported by the goverment of Ukraine, and our team is working cosely with the govermental authorities under the all axpects of the project development.
The Berezan port & industrial area is the biggest international project in the ukranian history, which will chnage the logistic and industrial face of the country.
